Returns & Refunds & Exchange
WE DON’T HAVE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
But we do allow exchanges for stitched products.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivered unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
All our products are non-returnable.
However we do exchanges.
Before you return a Koyafabs product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft person, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitched as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We do not have any refund policy however we will issue you a credit note for your returned order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
The ordered product is not in our stock even after placing an order & you have paid for it.
Cancellation
Once you have received the order and payment is conformed, we don’t do cancellation as the stock with us remains in limited stock and once the same is booked we can’t do the changes. We request you to conduct us for the same if possible we will need to confirm the authorities for cancellation request and the same equivalent credit will be generated for your account.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when you purchased, or the gift giving had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning you item. Shipping cost are non-refundable just like products. Depending on where you live, the item it may take a while for you exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs2000 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we receive your returnable item.
